Greetings Muskies,
I'm sending you FAN-TAB-U-LOUS Implementation Review results for the 2014-2015 school year!  Your score of a 97 puts you in the top tier of schools in the Midwest and has created a buzz about credentialing from the powers that be. Way to "Live the Vision"!  Mia

This folder contains the pics I took during the HQW protocol yesterday. I also created PDFs of the anchor charts created by staff (titled AVW HQW notes).

I was thinking about how far this school has come in such a short amount of time...a testament to your collective leadership. When I think about the leadership teams I work with, your team is right up there with the folks at Harborside. You continue to raise the bar for staff while at the same time providing the right amount of support to achieve your schoolwide vision.

Love my time with this Crew! Happy Tuesday!

Credentialing

The status of being a Credentialed EL School indicates that our school is implementing the EL model with fidelity and that we can point to a body of evidence that demonstrates we have positively impacted student achievement as a result.

Mid-Year Review Summary 2015/2016

Work Plan

The Work Plan is a tool that EL Schools use to plan for the upcoming school year.  The Work Plan contains goals that focus and drive all professional development for the year.  The Work Plan includes learning targets for teachers as well as actions the leadership team and school designer will follow to support staff.  The Work Plan also identifies measures that will be used to assess if each goal has been met.

Feedback from Mid West Leadership Presentation - February 2016

Our closing circle on Friday afternoon asked leaders to reflect on conference takeaways.
These thoughts then led to gratitude stickies that leaders wrote and then distributed to other school leaders.

Below you will find the gratitude stickies that  “stuck” to our AV-W presentation.
I was humbled and honored to share our story. I am even more assured of our next steps. Thank you for your support, morning donuts, and the belief in the vision.

Please take a moment to read these takeaways from MidWest Leaders.
The reaction to our movement was extraordinary.
